• Do you ship worldwide ?
Sure we do !
Every purchase is sent with a tracking.
• How much are the shipping costs?
You can simulate the shipping fee adding items to your « card ».
• When can I expect my order ?
- France : 1-3 business days.
- Europe : 4-6 business days.
- Rest of the world: 6-10 business days.
We ship all orders from France, so please bear this in mind when ordering internationally :)
Unfortunately, we cannot promise your package will arrive by a certain date. Sometimes packages are held up in customs for seemingly no reason, and transit times can vary greatly from country to country.
• Where is my order?
Once your order is sent, you will automatically receive a mail with a link to follow it.
Just put your "numero de colis" (tracking number) to see where is your order.
• I entered a wrong shipping address, What should I do?
When entering your shipping address, please always take care to double check all (code, building, unit, apartment number, floors…).
If you have incorrectly entered your address and not yet received a shipping confirmation from us, please email us ASAP.
If your order has already shipped, unfortunately there is nothing we can do until (and if) your order gets returned to us. Sorry!
• Do you accept returns / refunds?
Should you have any issues with your order, please email us at email@example.com within 5 days of receiving your order. We do not accept requests for refunds, but can accommodate most exchanges if contacted in time.
If your item is somehow damaged in transit, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org so we can find a solution.
Buyer must provide an image of the damaged item before returns and refunds are made.
• Do you take custom orders ?
Sorry we don’t for now.
• If I'm in the Paris area, can I swing by to pick up my order?
Unfortunately it is not possible to collect orders from our studio at this time.
• I like one of your creations but I can’t find it, will you restock it?
Most of our collections are limited edition and some sell out quickly.
We do not usually re-order but if something is very popular we might do.
You can let your email on the product's page, you will receive a message when the item will be back in stock !
