Coucou Suzette blossoms, and so do her photoshoots!
We felt like leaving the studio and taking some fresh air, and so we did with the 2023 fall/winter photoshoot, our first one happening outside the walls. Yay!
It’s an hour away from Paris, in a fairytale setting, where we took the promotional pictures of “Autumn Picking” and “Holly Party” collections.
In the morning, the little team jumps in a van to get to the set. Once over there, everyone is amazed by the beauty of the place: a wood cabin surrounded by lush greenery, hydrangea, tumbling ivy and other magic bushes. The sun, the dogs and the horses nearby come and say hello - in short, we are in a Disney movie.
Inside the cottage, an adorable country house decoration, and at the back of the garden, a second cabin feeling like a squirrel nest, making our hearts melt.
The next day - after a somewhat eventful night punctuated by the little noises of mice, which, as in any self-respecting Disney, were in good supply - it was finally time for the shoot!
On one hand, the lush garden and adjoining woods were a great fit for our amber leaves, flaming pumpkins and cute mushrooms from the collection. On the other hand, the chalet was the perfect backdrop for our kitschy Christmas dinner.
Another special feature of this shoot was that the models were none other than... the family of Juliette, founder of Coucou Suzette! Françoise the excentric auntie, Céline & Édouard the adored cousin, and Hélène the childhood friend. So many colorful personalities who played their role as a crazy family, not so far from real life...
An intense, emotionally-charged day of shooting. The first in a long series of off-studio shoots!
