Our collaboration with GroinGroin
Coucou Suzette keeps fighting for animal rights through a partnership with GroinGroin, a cool association helping farm animals exploited for their meat, their milk or their eggs.
In the 12 hectare refuge, a hundred ish animals leave together, saved from slaughterhouse, breeding, abuse or abandonment. Among this big family: chickens, turkeys, cows, donkeys, poneys, goats and so much more.
Since the creation of the refuge in 2005, the association saved and placed more than 2000 animals, plus the ones saved through the fight for a more respectful way of life, by rejecting the consumption of animal products for example.


But if the association welcomes any type of animal, they mainly try to increase public awareness regarding pigs, and especially teacup pigs: these adorable creatures are often adopted as pets because they are “trendy”, then widely abandoned. GroinGroin warmly welcomes these animals, as much as they can, to give them a well-deserved outdoor retirement.
To support the happiness of these adorable piggies, Coucou Suzette created a pair of pink and red cotton socks, very comfy and covered in cute little pigs.
100% of the profits on the sale of these socks are donated to the GroinGroin association, so the animals remain free and happy!

How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery times are 2 to 5 business days within France from the shipping date (except for Chronopost Express, which delivers the day after the order is placed). This timeframe may vary depending on the destination and the carrier's workload.
For international deliveries, please allow 5 to 7 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number and a link to check the status of your order. Don’t forget to check your spam folder.
Can I modify my order?
Please email us at contact@coucousuzette.com as soon as possible and include your order number.
We can remove an item from your order or swap it for another of the same value, but we cannot add new items.
If your order has already been prepared, unfortunately, we won’t be able to make any changes.
If you wish to return your items, please refer to the “How do I return an item?” section.
How do I return an item?
Any item to be returned must be sent back in full and in its original packaging, via Colissimo with signature, to the following address:

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A refund will be issued once the parcel has been received.
In case of a defective item, please contact our customer service before sending anything back.
We do not offer exchanges.
My item is damaged, what can I do?
Please email us at contact@coucousuzette.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged and/or broken item.
Our customer service team will get back to you with a proposed compensation.
If you made your purchase in a physical store, please reach out to them directly.
I wasn’t able to choose my Mondial Relay pickup point — where will my order be delivered?
At the moment, the Mondial Relay system isn’t compatible with Shop Pay and Apple Pay checkouts. A pickup point near your address will be assigned automatically.
If you’d like to change it, feel free to email us at contact@coucousuzette.com as soon as you receive your order confirmation — we can update it before your order is prepared.
