Rules – “One Order Refunded Per Day”

Article 1 – Organizing Company

The company Coucou Suzette, a simplified joint-stock company (Société par actions simplifiée) with a share capital of €1,000, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 820 527 042, whose registered office is located at 34 rue du Mont Thabor, 75001 Paris, organizes a commercial operation entitled:

“1 order refunded per day”.

Article 2 – Duration of the Operation

The operation runs from March 18, 2026 to March 28, 2026 inclusive.

Article 3 – Terms of Participation

The operation is open to any natural person of legal age.

Two methods of participation are available:

• Participation with purchase: any order validated and paid for on the Coucou Suzette website during the operation period constitutes one entry for the corresponding day.
  
• Participation without purchase: any person may participate free of charge by sending an email to the following address: contact@coucousuzette.com, stating their last name, first name, and email address, along with the mention “Participation operation refunded order”.
  

Only one entry per person per day is allowed.

Any incomplete or fraudulent entry will not be taken into account.

Article 4 – Selection of Winners

Each day, one entry is selected by random draw from all valid entries of the day (with or without purchase).

The draw is carried out randomly using a digital tool.

Article 5 – Prize

The winner will receive:

• either a full refund of the amount of their order (excluding shipping costs where applicable),
  
• or a prize equivalent to the average value of the day’s orders, if the winner participated without purchase.
  

The refund or prize will be processed within 5 business days following the selection of the winner.

Article 6 – Notification of Winners

Winners will be contacted by email.

If no response is received within 7 days, the organizing company reserves the right to designate another winner.

Article 7 – Liability

The organizing company shall not be held liable in the event of technical malfunctions, particularly those related to the internet network or the random draw tools.

Article 8 – Personal Data

Personal data collected is used solely for the management of the operation and is processed in accordance with applicable regulations.

Article 9 – Acceptance of the Rules

Participation in the operation implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules.
